My journey towards holistic health began with challenges I faced in my childhood home and personal loss. These experiences set me on a path of self-discovery, where I learned the transformative power of making positive changes to both my lifestyle and emotional health. Through this process, I came to realise how deeply interconnected our physical and mental wellbeing truly are.
As an NHS GP, I realised that while conventional medicine plays a vital role, it doesn’t always address the deeper, underlying factors that contribute to health and wellbeing. This realisation inspired me to pursue further training in medical acupuncture and a deeper understanding of how lifestyle factors—such as sleep, food, movement, and relaxation—affect our overall health.
But it wasn’t until I studied the profound relationship between the mind and body that everything truly fell into place. This is the missing piece of the puzzle, the key to long-lasting health and healing.
Through my work, I have had the privilege of treating thousands of patients, both in the NHS and my private clinic. What became clear to me is that no two people are the same, and each person’s health journey is unique. That’s why I offer a personalised, holistic coaching approach, blending evidence-based practices with compassion and understanding. I am an Internal Family Systems Practitioner and a Somatic Practitioner and may incorporate these approaches in my work. My goal is to empower you to take charge of your own health and well-being, supporting you as we create a plan that works for you—mind, body, and soul.
