What does it mean to relax?
Often people say watching TV or scrolling their phone but that is a distraction, not relaxation.
Rather than waiting for your next holiday- why not take a short holiday every day? Find your quiet place, your mindful place, your happy and peaceful place for a short time each day.
Maybe that's a walk in nature, gentle stretching, breathing, sitting with a cup of tea or cuddling your pet.
A few minutes each day...
