How can I have more energy?
09 May 2023
A very important contribution to physical, mental health and our energy levels is what our sugar levels are doing over the day.
Our sugar levels depend on what we eat.
Ideally our sugar levels should stay in a nice curvy line rather than having huge spikes and huge dips.
One one the ideal ways to control sugar spikes is to start the day with a savoury breakfast- because our bodies are very sensitive to sugar after an overnight fast.
Why not try ditching the cereal packet (very sugary!) and change it for a bowl of full fat natural yogurt, berries and nuts or maybe avocado, egg or ham and rye bread.
Enjoy!
